Booking questions, answered

How do I book a course?
Pick a course and an available date from the booking page, then send us an enquiry. We confirm your place by email and take care of the rest. Group and on-site bookings can be arranged directly through the contact form.
Do you deliver training on-site?
Yes. For group bookings we can bring the training to your premises anywhere in the UK on a date that suits your team, which usually works out more cost-effective than sending staff to open courses.
How long are certificates valid?
Most first aid and safety certificates are valid for three years. We will remind you when a refresher is due so your team stays compliant.
Are the qualifications accredited?
Every course leads to a nationally recognised, accredited certificate. Full awarding body details are shown on each course page and confirmed at the point of booking.
What group sizes do you cater for?
Open courses run in small groups so everyone gets hands-on practice. For on-site training we can tailor group sizes to your workplace and requirements.
